Privacy notice.
What data we process, why, and which services are involved.
1. Controller
The controller for the processing of personal data on this website is:
Spielend Schaffen GmbH
c/o Steven Käser, Murbacherstrasse 34, 4056 Basel, Switzerland
Email: info@productivityhabits.ch
We are a Swiss company based in Basel. Personal data processed through this website is governed by Swiss law, in particular the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). We have not appointed a data protection officer or a representative abroad; please address any request directly to the contact above.
2. What data we process
Server logs
When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically receives and logs data including your IP address, the time of access, the page requested, the amount of data transferred and details of your browser and operating system. This processing is necessary to operate the site.
These logs are created by our hosting provider and deleted automatically according to its policy. We do not analyse them on a personal basis.
Forms
When you register for a training or request a quote, we process the details you enter: first name, last name, email address, company and your message; for registrations also the training selected and its date. We need this data to handle your request and to fulfil the contract.
The forms are processed through Netlify Forms. Submissions are stored at Netlify and additionally sent to us by email.
We keep this information for as long as we need it for your request and any resulting work, and beyond that for as long as statutory retention rules require. After that we delete it.
Newsletter
The registration form lets you opt in to receiving news and updates. We use your address for that purpose only. Every message contains an unsubscribe link, and once you unsubscribe we remove your address from the list. We may use a service provider to send these messages, processing the data on our behalf.
3. Third-party services
Hosting — Netlify
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). Connection data is transmitted to Netlify when you visit the site. Netlify processes this data on our behalf and may use it only to operate the site. Data may be transferred to the USA in the process.
Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 to analyse how this website is used. The provider is Google Ireland Limited. Google Analytics uses cookies and transmits usage data, including a shortened IP address, to Google servers.
Google Analytics is only loaded after you have agreed in the cookie notice. Without your consent no analytics cookies are set and no usage data is transmitted. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
The processing is based on your consent. Data may be transferred abroad, in particular to the USA; we rely on the contractual assurances given by the provider.
Fonts
The typeface used on this site is served from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other provider, and no data is passed to third parties.
Calendly
The contact page embeds a booking calendar from Calendly LLC (USA). The calendar loads when the contact page opens, transmitting connection data to Calendly. If you book an appointment, Calendly processes the details you enter.
Calendly shows its own consent notice inside the embed. Anyone who does not book a meeting need not use it; contacting us by email is an equal alternative.
YouTube
Videos on this website are embedded so that only a preview image from our own
server loads initially. A connection to youtube-nocookie.com is
established and the video loaded from Google only once you click play. Nothing is
transmitted to YouTube before that click.
4. Cookies
This website uses cookies and comparable technologies:
- Necessary: we store your language choice and your cookie decision locally in your browser. This information never leaves your device.
- Analytics: Google Analytics sets cookies once you have
consented. The cookies

5. Your rights

Please contact info@productivityhabits.ch.
You may also contact the competent supervisory authority. In Switzerland this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
