2021 · E+H International

It starts with
HR leadership.

Linda Jardaneh, then Director HR at Endress+Hauser International, initiates the pilot and takes part in all six modules herself.

The first group starts in June. Follow-up sessions and coaching support people as they apply the professional way of working. Linda reports a clearer head and greater confidence that nothing is being overlooked.

Since 2022 · Learning across the Group

The open corporate programmes continue. Employees from different Endress+Hauser companies continue to take part through Group Services. Alongside these ongoing courses, dedicated team programmes and further leadership initiatives take shape.

Productivity Habits in 30 secondsA professional way of working.

Productivity Habits teaches a professional way of working, built on repeatable behaviours. People learn to bring information together, organise tasks and projects, and maintain a reliable overview of their work.

Participants practise directly in their own system, using their current tasks and projects. Application and repetition turn what they learn into stable habits for everyday work.

AI HabitsWhy digital discipline provides a foundation for productive work with AI.
Why it matters with AI

Clear work.
Clear direction for AI.

Productivity Habits develops the professional way of working that helps people use AI with purpose: clarify the outcome, provide relevant information and decide what to do next.

01

Define the outcome.

PH: Desired outcomes

When you can describe the result you need, you can give AI a clear brief and assess whether its response serves that purpose.

For exampleAsk for a decision brief that sets out the criteria, options and unresolved questions.
02

Provide the context.

PH: Collecting information and mastering tasks

A reliable system helps you bring together the information, constraints and open questions AI needs to support your work.

For exampleProvide the audience, project status and requirements before asking for a draft.
03

Turn output into action.

PH: Next actions and system review

Review the output, make a decision and add concrete next actions to your system. Assign responsibility and follow through.

For exampleAssess a proposal, agree who will do what and track the next steps.
The foundation: clear outcomes, reliable information and deliberate decisions.

AI Habits builds on this in 2027, with practical applications for everyday work and a focus on results people can use.
