Backs the program strategically, opens and closes it in person, sets priorities in the team’s daily work and makes binding decisions on standards. They ensure goals are clear and the team gets enough time and support.
Champion
Handles the operational coordination within the team. Sets up channels, keeps track of progress, supports the implementation of standards and is the first point of contact for technical questions and feedback.
Technical requirements: active Microsoft 365 accounts, usable Teams channels and Planner boards, Microsoft To Do installed, and interfaces to CRM systems aligned.
